Resident Evil: Retribution - Review

I remember when I first brought the first Resident Evil movie on DVD and it's hard to believe than they have done five films of a story of a videogame...

This films remembers a lot to the first one as they are in a underground base Umbrella used for their experiments in real-life cities. It also remembers it because the actors from the first film appear here again but in a way you don't expect...
It also remembers a part to the last one (Afterlife) as you see the main character, Alice, without her powers and fightning by her own and acting in a more sensitive way.
If Milla wasn't on this film, there would not be any reason to watch it...

Milla Jovovich is the star of all Resident Evil films and this one is not an exception, if she wasn't on these films, I'd have no reason to watch them, it's very nice to see a good actress playing a die-hard heroine...I think she's the only one!

The supporting cast is good, you'll see old faces and new faces like the so-known character called Leo. The plot is easy to follow but much better than the last film as there's more feeling added. But the best part for these films are the action scenes, this has the most of all and the best fights ever seen in a RE movie, I love the way Alice fights in slow-motion...

I have to add one of the scenes I really enjoyed was the first one when the movie starts; a backwards-slow-motion showing the connection between "Afterlife" and new one "Retribution". If you love action films, you'll enjoy this film a lot...and the way it ends, I'm sure we'll see another Resident Evil film soon and maybe even better!

BEST - Watching Alice (Milla Jovovich) again as better as ever, the action scenes are very nice to see!
WORST - Nothing new to see if you've already wachted the other films, I hope the next films has a stronger plot.
