Tomorrowland - Review

Image
:: Rated "S" for "Some-Spoilers" - Read at your own risk :: Casey Newton (Britt Robertson), a rebel girl who believes in the good on people, finds a lapel pin with the letter T on it. Everytime she touches it, she finds herself transported to Tomorrowland, a futuristic city filled with robots, sleek buildings and the most impressive inventions ever created. The gifted young woman recruits the help of scientist Frank Walker (George Clooney), a previous visitor to Tomorrowland, who years ago made a startling discovery about predicting future and was banned forever to comeback to the amazing city that started to fail.  In her way, there are a bunch of robots sent by Nix, the leader of Tomorrowland (played by Hugh Laurie), to find her and stop her plus a young girl who was a friend of Frank when he was a kid. Together, the two adventurers travel to the metropolis to uncover its mysterious secrets and save the world from the apocalypse. This is another take for Disn

Final Fantasy VII Remake is finally happening!

Image
After a long time of rumours and begging from the fans of this highly acclaimed classic, it seems like Square-Enix was listening after all. Today, a few hours ago, at the PlayStation conference at E3 2015, they just confirmed they are making that remake from the original game. Final Fantasy VII was the first Final I ever played and I loved every minute of it. The story, the characters, the fightings, the ending. So you can imagine how I was feeling while watching this amazing revelation live at the E3! While we don't have any more information, only that it will be released on PS4 (and after that, maybe on Xbox One and PC) and will have Full HD remade graphics, sound, music and voice acting! They just started with the production, so it seems like we still have to wait a long time until the release. Watch the first official trailer right now!

RIP Christopher Lee

Image
Another great actor leaves this worlds. Christopher Lee was a legend in the cinema world. I personaly think almost every one in this planet has seen at least one of his movies. From the epic and most believable Dracula, passing to a great Sherlock Holmes and the menacing Count Dooku (one of the best reasons to watch it, he was one of my favourites) to the great wizard Saruman, he will always be remembered as one of the best. It's amazing as he always looked so healthy and he always looked good, with 93 years! Over 70 years making movies, he also was known about his work in the musical industry as a metal singer thanks to his iconic bass voice. Rest in Peace Sir Christopher Lee  27th May 1922 - 7th June 2015

Late Show with Stephen Colbert

Image
Mr. Colbert looks like he's starting to get everything ready for his premiere at the Late Show as the host the 8th September.  The only details we can uncover from his weird videos is that he's not going to have a beard and his new band leader. He also looks like he's going to the typical "non-sense" comedy like having a relationship with his own beard and a little bit of sarcastic bits with easter eggs and funny details in the background like those post-it notes and notes in the black board. He may still have a lot to do until the date but he's striving himself to update the legendary show to a younger audience and trying to tell everyone he's the same guy from "The Colbert Report" as he, somehow, keeps acting like his character but with a more foolishness persona. Similar to what Jimmy Fallon is doing with the Tonight Show. I was a huge fan of his last show and I usually whatched Letterman, so let's see what he's up to. But for wha

Fallout 4 finally announced!

Image
After so many years of speculations and rumours, the game of the year seems to start showing up.  Fallout 4 has been confirmed as a 2015 release (that's what they say for now...) for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The trailer regularly seems to flash between the post-apocalyptic world and scenes from the world before the nuclear war, suggesting this may play a major role in the game's plot. We still don't know much about the game but it will be set in Boston as there are a few monuments from the city. As well as some small details like the armour suit is back, nuke cola vending machines. It also seems the game will be set in a character from the Vault 111 and what looks the return of Dogmeat, the dog from the first Fallout game (or maybe it's just a reference).  There are other references from previous games, however, to hint at what the new installment may hold in store, including a robot that appears in a pre-war flashback which is from Fallout 3. I remember playing Fall

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt - Review

Image
One of the most anticipating games of 2015 besides Arkham Knight, Metal Gear Solid V and other disappointing ones like The Order: 1886. This game makes the ending to one of the most interesting stories in videogames set in huge-gigantic open worlds.  I have never played the two past games, so I'm making this review as a newcomer. If you like open world games like Skyrim, you must get this one. Yes, it actually looks as good as this! The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt concludes the story of the witcher Geralt of Rivia, the series' protagonist, whose story to date has been covered in the previous versions. Continuing from The Witcher 2, the ones who sought to use Geralt are now gone. Geralt seeks to move on with his own life, embarking on a new and personal mission whilst the world order itself is coming to a change.Geralt's new mission comes in dark times as the mysterious and otherworldly army known as the Wild Hunt invades the Northern Kingdoms, leaving only blood soaked ear
