Inside Out - Review

Image
After a couple of disapointing movies, Disney-Pixar is back with one of their finest and most original works ever done! I don't want to spoil the plot, so here's a little of what is about: Riley is a happy, hockey-loving 11-year-old Midwestern girl, inside her head there are five emotions; Joy, Sadness, Fear, Disgust and Anger. The emotions live in Headquarters, Riley's conscious mind, where they influence Riley's actions and memories via a control console. Her new memories are housed in colored orbs, which are sent into storage at the end of every waking period. The most important or "core" memories are housed in a hub in Headquarters and power five "islands" that each reflect a different aspect of Riley's personality. Joy acts as the dominant emotion to keep Riley in a happy state, but she and the others do not understand Sadness' purpose. Rley is very happy with her life but her world turns upside-down when she and her parents move

Top 15 Best Pixar Movies

Image
After the release of "Inside Out" and being called one of the greatest movies from Pixar, it makes you remember those amazing animated films released by this company. Memories from joy to sadness (get it?), so here's a list of my personal favourite movies (in order) from Disney/Pixar, including their last hit. 15. Cars 2 One of the films that marked the worst era of Pixar, really didn't like the first one and still don't know why they made a sequel... 14. Cars A film about talking cars and races, while it was quite fun to watch the plot was just not that interesting, but hey, it's a kids movie... 13. A Bug's Life The second Pixar film after the huge success of Toy Story, while it didn't have that "magic", it was very fun to see talking insects...I really mean it, it was a funny film. 12. Monster's University I really loved the first movie but the second one is just "there" to show us how the main duo met in

The Doctor is coming back the 19th of September in the new and exciting season 9! Peter Capaldi is back as the iconic character with his amazing companion Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman). This new season has the same feeling as the last one; thrilling, dark and scary mixed with the typical comedy parts. Watch the new trailer in the following link: Plus! The amazing entrance of Peter Capaldi with the Tardis in "CONAN", that entrance could not be any better!

Everybody is excited to see the upcoming movie Batman vs Superman, the movie we'll see some characters of the Justice Leage together for the first time in a live movie like Aquaman and Wonder Woman, she is amazon-ing (get it?) in the short 3 seconds she appears...forget Batman and Superman, the one who will kick ass will be Wonder Woman for sure! While I was one of those people who didn't agree with the casting of Ben Affleck as Batman and Gal Gadot as the Wonder Woman...BUT! after watching this new trailer from the Comic Con, I must say things look pretty good...we'll have to wait until next year and see before speaking...

Minions - Review

Image
If you felt a heart warming while watching the previous "Despicable Me" movies a loud laughs thanks to the little yellow ones called Minions, you are going to feel both disappointment and happiness with this prequel-origin story of those funny little creatures. The story begins at the dawn of time. Starting as single-celled yellow organisms, Minions evolve through the ages, perpetually serving the most despicable of masters. Continuously unsuccessful at keeping these masters - from a T. rex to Napoleon - the Minions find themselves without someone to serve and fall into a deep depression. But one Minion named Kevin has a plan, and he, alongside teen-age rebel Stuart and lovable little Bob, ventures out into the world to find a new evil boss for his brethren to follow. The trio embarks upon a thrilling journey that ultimately leads them to their next potential master, Scarlet Overkill, the world's first supervillainess ever. They travel from frigid Antarctica to 1960s Ne

Sherlock's Special Christmas Episode

Image
This will be a new and different episode of the highly acclaimed show Sherlock. Starring Benedict Cumberbatch as the famous detective and his friend Dr. John Watson, played by Martin Freeman, the entire cast will be back in an exciting new special episode set in a victorian era, the original time of the detective created by Conan Doyle. The first promotional photo has been released with a small glimpse of how the episode will look like. I cannot be more excited but we have to wait until this Christmas to check it out! They couldn't look any better!

Best of E3 2015

Image
The Electronic Entertainment Expo (also known as E3) of 2015 has been a huge surprise thanks to the long time rumours and never-expected-to-see-the-light sequels and remakes. In my opinion, all companies have done a great job showing us amazing video games but some of them gave us great surprises, especially the Sony's and Bethesha's conference. This is a short list of my favourite announcements, not all of them, sorry if I forgot to put a good game in the list: 1. Final Fantasy VII Remake: My favourite and most surprising annoucement of the entire E3, I couldn't believe it while watching it live (thinking it was a new movie or a technical demo) but, at last and after a lot of asking, Square-Enix is making a fully remake! 2. Fallout 4: The new entry of the famous Fallout franchise; I absolutely loved Fallout 3 and was very excited to see the new entry is coming out sooner than expected! The collector's edition looks amazing as well, already pre-or

InGen security is back once again to settle the park in pure chaos by not helping anyone, they are interested in training the park's four Velociraptors for military use, but Owen, the raptor's trainer, argues that his being the raptors' alpha does not mean they are tamed or controllable. They still want to make advertising in the middle of
