Child of Light - Review

Image
2014... It hasn't been a good year for videogames (for now), the only enjoyable one I've played this year has been Lightning Returns and Burial at Sea from Bioshock Infinite. I think the game of the year will be the amazing and most awaited "Watch_Dogs" from Ubisoft, it looks like a mix between Assassin's Creed and GTA. The mix of the amazing soundtrack plus awesome landscapes is unforgettable! But this isn't the game I wanna talk about right now...It's about a new instant classic from Ubisoft called "Child of Light", a surprisingly amazing game that can melt your heart. It centers around Aurora, a girl from 1895 Austria who contracts a physical ailment that causes her to fall asleep. Upon waking up, Aurora finds herself in the mythical world of Lemuria which has had its sun, moon and stars stolen by the Dark Queen, Umbra. Aurora is tasked with recovering the celestial bodies and ultimately reuniting with her father, who is a duke. Helped

Jerry Seinfeld's Great Comedy

Image
I love to watch good comedians stand up, one of my favourites from all time is Jerry Seinfeld from the infamous TV Show called "Seinfeld". It is a shame he's not that active, I'd like to see new stuff from him but at least I can watch his great stuff over and over again...here's a video I wanted to share with you all, an entire stand up he did in 1998! Enjoy it:

Godzilla - Review

Image
After almost 16 years of the last "mediocre" Godzilla film, finally comes a film that's worth it to call it God! Zilla! If you didn't enjoyed that film, do not worry as this one is nothing like it, it has a good story, good acting and a good monster that respects the original one. Yes, this is an actual shot from the movie! The film starts in 1999 after some scientists find a very old skeleton from an ancient creature with two embryos and see how one has escaped. Then the movie takes us very fast to Japan where a city starts to shake and everybody believes its a earthquake but scientist Joe Brody (Bryan Cranston) doesn't think the same and after seeing how his wife dies in front of him, he becomes desperate to discover what really happened. Some years later, with his son Ford being a grown-up and a soldier from the US Army, he finds his father again who's still trying to know the reality that is obviously hidden from him. Once they get into the same nucl

Missing Elizabeth

Image
Just a few months after the sad ending of "Burial at Sea" and still missing Elizabeth a lot...watching her videos and already finished that episode so many times I lost count (I'm actually exaggerating a bit). Here are some of her best bits from the last chapter... Always in my heart

The World's End Bloopers

Image
The infamous Cornetto Trilogy is over...well, it was over last year actually and while I never have done a review from this movie, I have to say I love it! My favourite from the trilogy after Hot Fuzz, even some people claim it is not as funny as the other two I find it different from the others with a nex direction in comedy. But I didn't post this just to say that...I wanted to share the bloopers from that amazing film, if you have watched the film and enjoyed it, I recommend you to see these outtakes! THE WORLD'S END BLOOPERS (Sorry I cannot put the video directly here, this is just the link to youtube) :: MY RATING FOR THE THREE FLAVOURS CORNETTO TRILOGY:: 1. The World's End (8.8) 2. Hot Fuzz (8.5) 3. Shaun of the Death (8.2)

Muppets Most Wanted - Review

Image
If you have been a Muppets fan since forever, you'll watch this film but you may expect something different...this film is more about the cameos than the muppets themselves. Flush with their revival's success, Kermit the Frog and his friends are approached by Dominic Badguy to go on a world tour. Unknown to them, this is all part of the sinister plan of Constantine, the world's most evil frog, to become the greatest thief of all time. After making sure that Kermit is jailed as himself, Constantine impersonates him to use the Muppets' tour as cover for his scheme. While Sam the Eagle and Inspector Jean Pierre Napoleon investigate, the Muppets find their boss seems strangely changed even as Kermit desperately attempts to escape to stop the impostor. Only when Walter, Fozzie and Animal realize the truth is there a chance to prevent Constantine from pulling off the crime of the century. The scenes with Ty Burrell and Eagle were the funniest from the film! The fil
