Now You See Me... - Review

There are lots of films coming out during summer, some of them are action movies that will become blockbusters and soem others are like this one, different kind-of story.

In this film there are four main characters, illusionists that steal a bank while perfoming in Las Vegas, it's a fun film to watch as they are against the FBI and the goverment as they fool them by stealing their money right in front of their faces. The film has an interesting back-story about an old illusionist that disapeared long ago. It also shows a little about an old, and possibly real, brotherhood called The Eye (Illuminatti?).
Jesse Eisenberg is becoming a huge actor after Zombieland,
The Social Network and now this one!

The main cast is a very good choice, they have a funny chemistry especially the main trio Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson and Isla Fisher, they make a good job in this movie as well as Mark Ruffalo acting as the police who will do anything to put them in jail.
And then there's Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine together again in this movie acting the same way as they always do...and that's not a bad thing, it's good to see them again.

The magic tricks that appear in this film are CGI, it looks quite obvious, but the main plot is quite interesting with a twisted ending that will make you think for a few minutes (it's not a mind-blowing ending). It's an enjoyable movie with action and comedy scenes.

· BEST - The entire casting especially Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson. The plot and ending are interesting.

· WORST - It's a simple film with nothing special, you know there is going to be a plot-twist before it happens...

7.8 / 10

The four horsemen...that's what they call them in the film
